LP are located south and west of Rio De Janeiro in São Paulo

The Webster Groves Technical Center is a state of the art research and training
facility. The 10,000 sq. ft. building provides both laboratory facilities and
office space to bolster ICL Performance Products LP's product development and
optimization capabilities across its entire range of food and technical grade
phosphate salts and acids. The unique mix of product-based development areas
and dedicated training center enables us to work side-by-side with customers
helping them reformulate existing brands and develop creative product solutions
utilizing our phosphate technologies.

The Carondelet Plant is located on nineteen acres in the south St. Louis
community of Carondelet. The area is a mixed commercial and residential
community, with apartments, small residences, and numerous small businesses
located in close proximity to the plant’s fence line. A channelized stream, the
River des Peres, flows to the south of the plant, emptying into the Mississippi
River about one mile east of the plant.
The Carondelet plant ships products in bags, drums, supersacks, tank trucks,
and railcars.

The Carteret Plant is situated on 17 acres and is located on the Arthur Kill
waterway, which separates New Jersey from Staten Island, NY. The plant uses the
Arthur Kill water for cooling different parts of the plant processes.
The Carteret Plant ships products in bags, drums, supersacks, tank truck, and
railcar. The plant has several specially designed warehouses enabling the
facility to store and distribute products produced at other sites.
The Carteret Plant has been ISO 9002 registered since 1995.

The Lawrence Plant is situated on 33 acres. Lawrence is located in northeast
Kansas, conveniently located on Interstate 70 just 30 minutes west of Kansas
City. Lawrence is truly a college town. The city is home to two universities:
the University of Kansas and Haskell Indian Nations University. Baker
University neighbors Lawrence to the south in Baldwin City. The population of
Lawrence is approximately 80,000.
The plant was constructed in 1950 and was then known as Westvaco. The Lawrence
plant ships products in bags, supersacks, tank trucks, and railcars.

The Ontario, CA location is home to our business offices, research and
development, and manufacturing operations for Phos-Chek ICL Performance
Products LP's Fire Safety business. For over 40 years PHOS-CHEK has provided
the world’s leading chemical solutions for management of wildland and
structural fires. Phos-Chek obtained ISO 9000 certification in 1994 and has
since maintained it.
