Charles M Weidhas --- President and Chief Executive Officer

Charlie joined ICL Performance Products in October of 2007 as President and CEO. He has more than 25 years of industry experience holding a wide range of positions during his tenure at Monsanto and Solutia Inc. His experience includes several senior management roles managing global businesses with his most recent position at Solutia being General Manager of the Specialty Products division. Mr. Weidhas has over ten years of related experience in the phosphate business where he held management positions leading various business segments. Charlie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jim Moffatt, President, Performance Products LP (Americas)

Jim has been with ICL Performance Products LP since its formation, originally as Business Director, P4 and P4 Dependents, and most recently as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Prior to the formation of ICL Performance Products LP, Jim spent 18 years with Monsanto/Solutia, primarily in the phosphates business. He has had substantial sales and sales management experience as well as business management responsibilities for the food business and our distributor network. Jim holds degrees from the University of Missouri and the University of St. Thomas.

Paul Schlessman, Vice President, Finance and IT & CFO, ICL Performance Products

Paul holds the dual role of Vice President, Finance, for both the global Performance Products business, reporting to Charles Weidhas, and the financial and IT functions of ICL Performance Products LP. Paul Schlessman joined the company in May 2003 and has over 25 years experience in senior financial and general management positions, including 14 years with Cooper Industries and recently as CFO of Belden Inc. In addition to an extensive financial background, he has also managed IT, strategic sourcing and business planning. He is a CPA and has an MBA from The University of Toledo and a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Terry J. Zerr, Vice President of Operations and Technology

Terry Zerr has responsibility for oversight of the manufacturing operations, process technology, engineering, supply chain, environmental and safety functions. He joined FMC in 1986 and has held a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions at the six different plants in which he has worked. Terry has been Plant Manager at three different plants with the most recent being the ICL-PPLP Carondelet plant. In 2004 , he was appointed to the position of Director of Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing and in 2006 was appointed to his current position.

Michael R. Bork, Vice President Human Resources

Michael Bork was recently appointed to his current position in July 2006. He held the positions of Human Resources Director and Benefits & Compensation Manager for Astaris LLC since its inception in May 2000. Prior to this he was Human Resources Manager at the Solutia Carondelet plant in St. Louis and also held numerous plant positions within Monsanto’s Controllership since joining that company in 1984.

Heather K. Luther, Vice President and General Counsel

Heather Luther was appointed to her current position in July of 2006. As General Counsel, Heather has oversight responsibilities for all legal matters for the ICL Performance Products’ North American companies. Heather joined Astaris LLC in 2004 as Corporate Counsel. Previously she was Corporate Counsel for Bunge North America and was an associate for Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LP. Heather graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor.
